What Makes Our Turkeys Different

Our heritage breed turkeys are slow-growing and pasture-raised with plenty of room to roam and forage. The result is a naturally flavorful turkey raised with the same care we put into everything at Finn’s Ranch.

Choose the Right Size

Plan on about 1–1.5 pounds per person. Stay toward the lower end if you have plenty of sides, or go bigger if your family loves turkey and you want leftovers.

• Small: 12–15 lbs | about 8–10 people
• Medium: 16–19 lbs | about 11–14 people
• Large: 20+ lbs | about 14+ people

Because every turkey is naturally raised and individually sized, exact weights will vary. We’ll do our best to provide a turkey within your selected size range, but exact sizes cannot be guaranteed.

Turkey Size & Final Payment

Your $50 deposit reserves your turkey. Once we receive the final weight of your bird, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file, minus your deposit. All balances must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.

Your Turkey Will Arrive Frozen

Our turkeys are USDA-inspected and flash frozen after processing to preserve freshness and quality until Thanksgiving.

For thawing, plan for roughly 24 hours in the refrigerator for every 4–5 lbs of turkey. We recommend giving yourself an extra day just to be safe.
