How does Finn’s Ranch home delivery and neighborhood pickup work?
Finn’s Ranch offers home delivery and neighborhood pickup throughout the Chicagoland area. Order online and select your preferred delivery or pickup option at checkout.
For home delivery, you’ll receive a text when your order is on the way and another when delivery is complete.
For neighborhood pickup, your order will be placed in a cooler at your selected pickup location. A clipboard will list your name, bag count, and egg count. Initial next to your name, grab your order, and enjoy!
What is Finn’s Ranch’s return and refund policy?
Because we sell perishable food products, meat, eggs, and other perishable goods cannot be returned. Gift certificates are also non-returnable.

Does Finn’s Ranch ship meat?
No. Finn’s Ranch does not currently ship meat or other products nationwide. We serve customers locally throughout the Chicagoland area through home delivery, neighborhood pickup locations, and farmers markets.

What do Finn’s Ranch pasture-raised chickens eat?
Finn’s Ranch chickens are pasture-raised and spend the warmer months outdoors where they can forage for grass, plants, insects, and other naturally available food. Their diet is supplemented with non-GMO feed containing corn and soy to provide balanced nutrition.
During the colder months, our chickens are provided with appropriate winter housing while continuing to receive their supplemental non-GMO feed.
Does Finn’s Ranch vaccinate its animals or use mRNA vaccines?
Finn’s Ranch chickens are not vaccinated, and we do not currently use mRNA vaccines. Our livestock management focuses on pasture access, appropriate nutrition, clean living conditions, rotational grazing, and low-stress animal husbandry.
Our farming and animal-health practices may vary by species and circumstance, so customers with questions about a specific animal or product are welcome to contact us.
Does Finn’s Ranch use hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, or other chemicals?
Finn’s Ranch does not use added hormones or routine antibiotics in raising our livestock. We also do not use pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers on our pastures and hay.
Instead, our regenerative farming practices include rotational grazing, chemical-free hay, manure, and cover crops to support soil health, pasture quality, animal health, and the surrounding ecosystem.
Is Finn’s Ranch Certified Organic?
No. Finn’s Ranch is not USDA Certified Organic. Instead of pursuing organic certification, we focus on transparent farming practices, including rotational grazing, chemical-free hay, and avoiding pesticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilizers.
Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, while our pasture-raised pigs and chickens receive supplemental non-GMO feed. We encourage customers to learn how their food is raised rather than relying on a certification alone.
