Notification: You'll receive a text message once your order has been delivered to your specified address or designated pick-up location.

Pick-Up Information: If you're picking up from a designated location, please note that a cooler will be placed outside the residence for you to retrieve your order. , 

Timely Pick-Up: For a smooth process, we recommend picking up your order promptly. Orders not picked up will be disposed of at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded.

• When you arrive, please ring the doorbell, and the homeowner will buzz you in.
• Once inside the gate, please do not lock the gate behind you while retrieving your order. The system will automatically lock and we don’t want anyone getting stuck.
• Grab your order from the cooler and close the gate behind you when leaving.
